Failed to edit mention email notifications and new topics with tag ### and href

Hi, guys

I’m trying to adjust the mention and new topic notification emails, but I ran into a problem. When inserting the tags ###LINK### and ###TITLE### somehow the href is not understanding with LINK.

The intention is to leave it as a box to click, and I already have all the HTML, I leave it below too.
