Email notifications

Suddenly my email notifications stoped working – at all.

It worked – and now it don’t.

Just updated to WordPress 5.2.3 med temaet Neve. / Agaros Version 1.15.1

Same settings.

Hello @niels

Have you installed other plugins? Please check, if you receive other WordPress mails – for example for new users and forgotten passwords.

Yes – I have received a lot of mails from new users and ‘forgotten passwords’ – Should it affect the notification funktion ?

By the way. I tried to solve the problem by installing the ByddyPress plugin. – And now ‘everything’ works as intended.

But again: Thank you for your effort making this ‘simple’ to use forum.

Very strange that installing another plugin solved the issue. Maybe something got stuck internally or there were some issues connecting to the mail-server for a while. Those kind of things are sometimes hard to debug because there can be thousands of reasons for problems like this.
