"email has been blocked by an administrator" error message

Hi Thomas,

In the past week or so I am getting complaints from users who are trying to sign on and getting the error message above. I have not blocked any of the users who are having problems. Any idea how I can fix this or what I have done wrong?

Sorry for the late reply – quite busy currently because of work. 🙂

Asgaros Forum itself doesnt come with any blocking-functionality regarding login. Do you use any kind of captcha/security/firewall-extensions which maybe are causing this issue? Jetpack also has some kind of security-features – if you are using it you can have a look into it as well.

We’re using Pie Register, that might be the culprit
