It is peepso the buddypress alternative community plugin

Linking to profiles and post forum topics to activity streams would be the primary items

I am already working on a full BuddyPress integration but this functionality will be available as its own addon for the forum when it is ready.

Peepso (peepso.com) is an alternative to buddypress. Some folks are using since buddypress is so bloated and frustrating to get working correctly. I hope you will consider creating addon for it as well.
