Defined Forum Structure not visible anymore

After installing Asgaros forum I defined some categories, forums and subforums. Then a friend and I defined topics and submitted some posts. Everything worked fine, we could communicate and the Forum looked like in the uploaded picture “Forum structure.jpg”.
When I enter the forum today, I suddenly see only a “Hello World” post (please see uploaded picture “Hello world.jpg”). I cannot access the categories and forums, we had seen the days before.

Question: How can I access the structure, still visible in the Wordpress Dashoard (under Forum > Structure), within the forum?

Hey @alfonsd,

do you have these problems also with other pages or only the forum page?

You can try to use https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ troubleshoot asgaros forum. After activating this plugin, go to “Plugins” and click on “Troubleshoot” next to “Asgaros Forum” and check if the problem still exists.

It can also be a redirection problem. To fix this, go to “Settings”->”Permalinks” and press save there.

Hello qualmy91, thank you for your response. I only had this problem with the forum page. All other pages worked fine.
I did the health check and your “Permalinks” advice. But it did not work.

After a long session I finally could solve the problem by myself. The problem was in the OceanWP Theme.
In the Wordpress Admin Dashboard you have to do these stepos:
Design > Themes > OceanWP: Customizer > Homepage-Settings >
Deselect “Forum” in the drop down list “Beitragsseite” (post page??)
I have no idea, why “Forum” had been picked. I never did it. It’s strange, because the Forum worked for a couple of days, but suddenly it stopped. But now everthing is fine
