Creating support tickets

Hi, is there any way that I can create a support ticket system with Asgaros?

What I mean by that is, a user can open a forum and see only the topics that they made, but not others. If they’re a moderator, they can see all of the topics in the forum, so that they can respond to them. Anyone can also see sticky topics

Is there any way to do this? If not, I can try to code it in myself although I’m not great at PHP.
