Changing specific translated words

Hi! My forum is translated into Finnish; however, some odd words remain here and there. For example, I want to change the word “Profile” in the header, as well as the words “Show unread topics” at the right bottom. How would I do that using custom code? Thank you very much.

It’s better to do this in the translation file.
