Change username colour based on usergroup?

How do I make the username colour change depending on their usergroup? For example if I have one role with a green usergroup colour, have their name be green too instead of the default. Thanks!

A custom color based on the usergroup is currently not possible. The reason for this is, that a user can belong to multiple usergroups as well – which would make it difficult to decide which one will have a higher priority.
