this feature is not available for Asgaros Forum. You could try to use a plugin to allow users to upload their own pictures. Asgaros Forum is using the profile picture of WordPress, so that should work.
For the best user experience, I would advise you to use “Ultimate Member” and my plugin “Toolbox for Asgaros Forum” instead. There you can set up your profile page like you want and you will get much more features for the profile and account management. The users don’t have to go in the backend, everything can be done in the frontend.
