Change date format to 24h00

Hello,
I’d like to change the date format for posts and replies to 24:00 (instead of 9:08 am, for example). How can I do it?

This is a setting under Wordpress

Go to the back end

there under Settings > General

Scroll down to Time Format

You can set your time format there.
