Change auto topic author

Is there a way to make all topics auto generated from new blog posts come from a particular user, an admin for example?

The auto-generated topics from blog-posts are assigned to the user which is assigned to a particular post during the moment you publish it. So if you want to assign it to a specific user you have to assign your WordPress post to this user before you publish the post.
