Block unsubscription of the whole forum

Hello,
I would like to be able to block the unsubscription of the whole forum to the site member and give the possibility to the site admin to manage the subscriptions to the notifications of each member.

Is there any way to do this?

This is currently not possible by default. In general its a good idea to let the user have full control over subscriptions – which is even legally mandatory in many countries.
