Banned users in list ?
Quote from LAPUYADE on December 18, 2018, 1:49 pmHello, I have banned users, that are still visible in the list of members, wich is a probleme since i just want them to have an inactive profile in WP (they wrote articles). With that we focus on them in a bad way…
If they are banned I think they should have no role in the forum (I saw https://asgaros.com/support/topic/hide-some-members-from-members-list/) so not visible. Dont’ you think so?

I dont hide banned users because there is always the possibility that an user should be unbanned after a while. Removing them from the list makes it impossible for moderators to find and unban them from the frontend.
If you use the banning-feature to prevent access to the forum then you also can use usergroups for this instead. For example you can assign all users who should be able to access the forum to an usergroup and assign this group to all categories.

thank you for your answer ans analysis of my problem. As you say
Removing them from the list makes it impossible for moderators to find and unban them from the frontend.
But still possible and easier to manage them in wordpress backend. I think banned persons should me invisible in the member list with argument that showing a banned person is not cool for her and pollute the list. May be consider to have an option on that
I already use usergroup to grant access, it is ok. my problem is on the example showing arnaud in te list (And I hesitate deleting since he created most pages in WP that are linked.
Thank you anyway for your good job and happy new year!

I added your suggestion to my todo-list:
https://github.com/Asgaros/asgaros-forum/issues/196
I cant give you any details about when it will become available yet but I hope it will be in one of the upcoming versions.
