there is a registration name and password and its connected with wordpress db, so if they register on server they are automaticly registered on webside, but they are registered without entering email adress so. WP is bugged there and didnt show them nickname when they write a post on forum like @name is @.. (nothing there) so is there any option that they can reply on forum, when they update their profil and add theri email adress?

I guess you are referring to the gray mentioning-name which is shown under the actual username? This is the unique name in the database of a user and should get created automatically by WordPress when a new user is created. If this is not the case you should check or contant the developer of the plugin which you use to handle your registration logic.
