automatic adding of post to forum

hi, won’t the [great] option for automatic adding of post to forum be “punished” by google which doesn’t like duplication of text?

I dont think so, because those topics usually have other answers as well. Otherwise the use of a signature inside a forum would have a bad impact as well because basically its duplicate text below every answer of a user.

good to know as it’s a very important feature for me – as if you’ve read my mind
I see you assume/deduce from the signature, but don’t know for sure… have any idea how to make sure? [my site is brand new = no traction yet to risk the fury of google….

I can manually edit it once it’s in the forum, right/ I think you once said that from that moment on they are separate entities in term of edit…? so maybe to be on the safe side I’ll change some wording [though the bulk will be the same]?

I am not really a SEO-expert and as far as I know not every aspect about how a search-engine actually rates a page is knows. So I cant provide you a 100% proof for it.

But yes, you can edit topics afterwards because they are considered as separate content.

you are right – many claim to know the algorithm, but it’s mere speculation, for the most part.
