Assigning Moderator role

Team,

any chanche to add bulk-assigning / removal from user-overview?

As an admin I want to assign / remove moderator role for 15+ users at the same time without opening each user profile individually. I’m using Ultimate Member plugin.

Background: I have some categories/forums which need to be available just for a subset of users. The moderator role seems to be the only option to do this.

Hello pmide,

I plan to add a usergroup-functionality into the forum. This would allow you to limit the access to certain categories for specific users. Maybe this will also include a bulk-assigning functionality.

Were do you assign a moderator period?

you can define moderators in the user profile of users. Periods are not possible yet.

Any update on the usergroup-fuctionality? Maybe this would also solve my “password-protected Subfolder” request.

I am working on it, but my time is limited at the moment. You can try to use the development-version on GitHub. Some of the parts are already working there.
