Asgaros Forum v1.5.2: Maintenance Release

The upcoming version 1.5.2 of the Asgaros Forum plugin for WordPress comes with a couple of bugfixes and improvements.

New Notification Settings

Two new options in the administration area allows you to set the sender-name and the sender-mail in notifications which appear in the header of your outgoing mails.

Upload error messages

When you want to upload files and an error occurs, the error message will now be shown with further information. Examples are:

The size of the file is too big
The filetype is not allowed

Other improvements

Fixed display issues with some themes
Fixed a JavaScript warning when editing the forum structure
Forum cookies are now only set when visitng the forum page
Minor design changes for posts and in other areas
A couple of performance improvements and code optimizations
Asgaros Forum is now compatible with the upcoming WordPress 4.8 release

Version 1.5.2 of the Asgaros Forum will be available in the next 72 hours via the WordPress Updater!
