Asgaros Forum v1.13.1/1.13.2: Global Stickies & Frontend Reports

I am happy to announce version ~~1.13.1~~ 1.13.2 of the Asgaros Forum plugin for WordPress which comes with great new features and enhancements for your favorite forum-plugin.

Global Stickies

Now topics can get pinned as global stickies. Globally pinned topics are sticked in the upper area inside of all topics which is a great way to notify your users about important topics throughout the forum.

Frontend Report Management

Good news for all moderators: Reports have been moved completely from the administration area to the frontend. This means that it is not longer required to be a forum administrator to access reports. From now on all moderators get notified in the overview when new reports are available so they can easily check reported posts.

Other Changes

Besides of that there are a lot of other changes, improvements and bugfixes:

Added option to disable the automatic embedding of content (videos, tweets, etc) inside of posts
Added option to show a post-excerpt in the recent topics/posts widget
Added asgarosforum_widget_excerpt_length filter
Fixed a bug where in some cases an usergroup could not get removed from an user using bulk-actions
Fixed multiple wrong stylings when using custom colors
Fixed display issues with some themes
HTML-tags are not longer shown in the report preview
Show the enabled register-link even when user registration is temporarily disabled in the general WordPress settings to avoid misunderstandings
Improved RTL support
Improved compatibility with Yoast SEO
Minor design changes
Performance improvements and code optimizations
Compatibility with WordPress 5.1

Version ~~1.13.1~~ 1.13.2 of Asgaros Forum is now available via the WordPress Updater!

I just released a small follow-up bugfix v1.13.2 which fixes the following issue:

Names of administrators/moderators not highlighted when using custom link-colors

@n3k0 YoastSEO produces wrong meta-output for forum-pages so Asgaros Forum ensures that no output is generated inside of the document by YoastSEO when a forum-page is visited. Additionally the meta-output of the forum has been moved to the top to give it a higher priority for search-engines on forum-pages.

I tested and works perfect :D! no more desactive YoastSEO.

If you select “Posts” as a ad-section, the ad will be shown between posts.
