Anybody can create a new subforum

The ‘New topics” Button is appeared before a member enter in to a subforum, its make anybody can creates a new subforum. How can I remove the Button so that only appears inside a subforum. Please help.

Hello @aji

If you close the parent-forum in Forum -> Structure then normal users will not be able to create new topics there.
