Allow uploading files to specific users or groups

I very much ask you to implement such a function so that not all users can upload files, but only a select few!

at the moment you can already restrict it to moderators. What exactly do you need? Do you want it to restrict it to a specific usergroup or a WP role?

Yes. I have a user group on the forum and I want to allow only that group to upload files. At the same time, there are no moderators and I do not want to appoint them.
