All shortcode links are wrong

I have a page like this: www.example.com/help/my-help-page
When I put a shortcode on the help page, e.g. [forum topic="126"] all the links on the topic are wrong.
For example, when I try to add a reply the link is this: www.example.com/my-help-page/addpost/126/ which doesn’t exist.
How can I fix this?
