All my forum content deleted

Hi,

I work with Asgaros Forum for one year and i made 2 weeks ago the last update. But the structure of my forum has been deleted : categories, posts…

I still have this informations into my data base. So i tried to installe a save version but it doesn’t work.

Is there an issue to install again my forum’s structure and add all the informations from my data base ?

Yes! I used this tool and I have this problem, I can see my post if I have a link to the post and replies but on the back-end and wrong end, I cannot see my categories, as if the categories were swept and the post to the categories stayed there. How do I get my parent categories back? I see the forums but no categories. Thanks in advance, I have been reading everything for a solution, no luck :(.

In that case it seems the clean-up plugin removes some data. Do you have a backup to restore?

So what is the solution for this problem?. Because my client also have same problem 🙂

The only possibility to avoid this kind of issues is to make always a backup before you start to delete data from your database. Tune-up and clean-up utilities are never 100% reliable and you can always find yourself in a situation where the wrong data got deleted accidentially.
