Many thanks

Hello @franky

You mean that your users should be able to upload images? You can enable the upload-functionality inside the settings.

yes, i want my user can upload picture inside the post message but the upload goes to servimg server and at end, the process insert tag and in the message you can continue write text below upload another image and write new text …..

Uploading to third-party filehosting-services is currently not possible. At the moment you can only upload files to your server directly or include images with theĀ Insert image button via an URL in the editor.

no problem with the upload function, but for the moment, when users upload image, it’s appear at the end of the post

i want if possible, upload image but the url is inside the message, like this users can wrote text before or after the image

this is a sample of what i want to produce

http://rassomoto.free.fr/forum/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fforum%2Fwp-admin%2F

for this sample, i made a copy/paste from my old forum

may be i found a soluce if i use tinyMCE with upload function, but, each time i have a problem with this string message :

Image upload failed due to a XHR Transport error. Code: 0

Have you an idea ???

Yes, I am aware of the current limitations of the upload-functionality. At the moment its only possible to attach uploaded files at the end of the post or include images directly via the editor with an URL (you need to upload them on your server or somewhere else before).

I plan to improve the entire upload-feature in a future version but I cannot give you any details about when it will come yet.

Do you use a WordPress plugin for TinyMCE uploads? I am not aware of any upload-functionality inside the TinyMCE editor which is available by default.
