add new topic button

i can’t find the “add new topic” button anywhere, i tried with administrator account and with guest… thanks for your help!

Hello @mdahham

Did you go into the Teachers Forum? From the overview its not possible to create topics.

Also ensure, that no other plugins like caching-extensions are causing this issue because they often let the forum not correctly recognize the log-in state.

thanks for your reply, i don’t think i have any “caching-extensions” plug-in, i attached screenshot of my installed plugins.

it is my first installation for Asgaros forum, i need your support to get it working please.

I usually deactivate the plugins and see if the problem is gone. If the problem has not disappeared, then it is not a matter of plug-ins. If it disappears, I turn on the plugins one by one and look at the result.

I tried to register did not receive a letter with the activation of the login. It is advisable to check the correctness of the registration of users.

You may need to add sub-forums in the forum settings (submenu “forum structure”).
