Yworld, can you debug somehow which error-message is in the WP_Error object? I tested this multiple times and couldnt reproduce this error locally, so it would be nice to figure out the reason for it (e.g. Term with that name already exists, etc).

Disconnected and enabled the plugin, the error was gone

Did it create an example usergroup-category including an usergroup – or if u had usergroups before: did it put them into an example usergroup-category?
